Provide us with camera ready artwork and we will make you your own custom art stamp. (Please Note: All custom art stamps are made from polymer resin, not red rubber.) Sometimes the quickest and most accurate way to send your artwork is via good old fashioned snail mail. You may attempt to send it electronically if you choose, but keep in mind it may actually hold up your order if the files are not prepared correctly.

HOW TO SUBMIT ARTWORK
Mailed artwork must be submitted on clean white paper in black ink.
Electronic files are accepted in these formats only:
When scanning, prepare file as 300dpi, 100% size, Black & White (bitmap), save in tiff format and name your file using the .tif extension.
If you have created your artwork in Illustrator, Freehand or CorelDraw please save them as .eps files. (Do NOT convert to .eps if it wasn't created using these drawing programs!)
Please Note: Photographs are not acceptable.
A $5 surcharge will be added for artwork that must be cleaned up.
Reductions and enlargements are free of charge.
Original artwork that has been mailed in will be returned if requested.

NOTE: Please do not submit an image that has a copyright without permission from the owner. We will not knowingly create a stamp that violates copyright laws, however, we cannot be held responsible if you submit an image that violates a copyright.

PRICING YOUR CUSTOM ART STAMP
Custom art stamp pricing is based on square inches. To determine square inches please multiply the width x the height of the finished size of the image. For example: An image that you would like to be 2 x 2 1/2 would be 5 sq. inches and would be priced at the up to 6 sq. inch price.

SUBMIT YOUR CUSTOM ART ELECTRONICALLY
Please attach your image to an email and send it to me at the address shown in the left menu bar. Be sure to include your name in the email so that I can match it up to your online order form. I will reply via email to let you know if your image arrived in good form or if it needs any adjustments.

Most custom orders ship within 48 hrs. (5 days if we're busy and sometimes longer if we're away at a show). All orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Please select this link if you would like to know how to order via fax or snail mail.
